1. Most mileage participants, please send me your June km.

2. We run / walk Tues, Wed, Thur 17h30 ( run / walkers leave 17h20).

Wed 2 Aug : Womens day TT, followed by braai

Fri 4 – Sun 6 (or Wed 9) Aug : Mtunzini camping weekend (R100 pppn), run the Mtunzini Bush challenge – names and queries to Emile

Wed 9 Aug (Public Holiday) : No time trial

Sat 2 Sept : Beach breakfast run, details to follow

Wed 6 Sept : Spring handicap TT; start according to 2017 best 5 km times

Wed 6 Sept : monthly braai

Sat 30 Sept : our club 30 year anniversary function, details to follow…..

4. Club runs :
a. There will always be shorter (+/- 10 km) options as well;
b. Equally, those who want to run longer, can arrange to start a bit earlier and do a few km’s before club run;
c. The Intermediate group will do training run / walks on certain Saturdays, this will be communicated via Facebook.
